At Puffs N' Stuff, we offer free shipping for orders over $150 within Canada. For orders under $150, a shipping fee of $15 will be charged. We use discreet packaging to ensure your privacy and all orders are shipped within 2 business days.

*NOTE* Prior to placing your order, ensure your shipping information is complete & correct. Orders shipped with incorrect information will not be replaced.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
